Hi :) It is a different voice actor, Troy Baker wasn’t available (I believe he was on his honeymoon?), Troy actually tweeted about it too. The new guy is good though, I like how he does Kanji ^^

NEW HEADCANON: Since this is the bad guy meeting and that’s on the bulletin board, Paperman is considered a “bad guy,” since he essentially skipped work, which is a bad thing to do. But he did it for good reasons.

Thank you so much! THAT’S why I was thinking Naruto, she does Kurenai, not Naruto, lol. She also does a bunch of ridiculously amazing music for Silent Hill, I’ve been in love with her voice since Silent Hill 3.
