Also, I believe it was linefaced and chirart who mentioned the significance of the umbrella in the comments of that post, which also helped fuel this idea.

I like him blond too but it’s not the end of the world for me. I’m sad because people make it sound like he’s terribly ugly in the future. He got black hair, glass, and dresses differently but his yelling bouts show that he’s still the same Kanji, right? Are we really going to hate on him over a new look?
