Oh that’s a possibility, for sure, I just always see Teddie as a child (even if his body is like the same age as the boys) so I never consider him in a pairing… although I did write one fic with evil Souji/Yu who pretty much banged everyone.

How I feel about this character: I love him. I love him to pieces.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: Persona 4 is one of those rare fandoms where I can pretty much ship everyone with everyone. I mainly ship him with Souji/Yu, but it’s not hard to ship him with Chie. I’ve written fic of him and Naoto. There’s a brilliant fic of him and Adachi. The list goes on.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: Teddie, mostly because I keep thinking of Teddie as a 5-year-old child, so I don’t romantic ship him with anyone (maaaaaybe Nanako when she gets older).
My unpopular opinion about this character: Yosuke and homophobia. Does he have an unfavorable opinion of Kanji? In the beginning, sure, but it’s very short lived. It happens in his dungeon (which no one ever seems to address the fact that everyone thought that place was weird, even Kanji himself) and the camping trip (which, again, no one seems to address the fact that by the next day they’re all hanging out together, if he were truly homophobic he still wouldn’t want to be near Kanji, at all, THAT’S what homophobia is, that’s not Yosuke). It doesn’t take long for him to joke around with him. Does Kanji think the jokes aren’t funny? Sure, but if you pay attention to Yosuke, he jokes around with everyone. That’s who he is. And as the game goes on his friendship with Kanji is just as strong as his friendship with the others, to the point of him calling him dependable. What homophobic person would say that? Persona 4 is all about growth and development, and everyone praises it for this, but somehow everyone has Yosuke stuck on, “Oh no don’t come near me I don’t want to catch the gay.”
One thing I wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: I do kinda wish that he was a romance option. I feel like they were so close to having it in the game.

How I feel about this character: I really like her, actually, one of my favorite princesses.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: Eric. That’s about it, romantically anyway. I could totally see her and Ursula though, a sort of one time being curious about the sea witch thing… actually, more than one time, Ursula showing her how to use that “body language” and all.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: Flounder and Sebastian are best buds for life, and Scuttle. Though the ultimate is Sora (hahahahaha Kingdom Hearts yo!)
My unpopular opinion about this character: I don’t think I actually have any…?
One thing I wish would happen/had happen with this character in canon: I’d be curious to see a take on it that sticks to the original story, which is much sadder. I’d love to see it with GLBT undertones too, since it’s sort of a love letter from Hans Christian Anderson to Edvard Collin.

Someone was talking behind Nagisa’s back, and Rei couldn’t help but physically intervene. He escaped with bruises, cuts, and broken glasses, but at least he was able to protect what was most important to him.

It’s a passing comment that he hears as he walks down the hallway. It doesn’t bother him, not really. He knows that he can come off as being an annoyance. He’s loud and barely able to sit still, and to some people, that’s just unacceptable.
So it doesn’t bother him.
Not really.
“Nagisa-kun?”
That, however, pushes him over the edge. Hearing Rei’s concern makes his heart hurt. "A-ah, it’s nothing.“
Rei figures it out pretty quickly. Watery eyes. Biting of the lip. And the group of students snickering behind them.
Rei Ryugazaki isn’t known for being a violent man. He is, however, someone who can calculate anything at a frightening speed. For instance, if he turns and slams his fist into one of their faces, he knows that the impact will, indeed, break their nose. He also knows that during the initial shock, he can snap at them before landing another blow. There’s a 99.9 percent chance of Nagisa staring, a 75.2 percent chance of him telling Rei not to fight, especially since they outnumber him and will use that to their advantage. At that point he would only have to last for 15 to 20 seconds before a teacher intervenes. If he’s lucky, it’ll be Amakata-sensei, there’s a 50/50 chance.
Despite his bruises, Rei is impressed that his calculations are spot on.
And later, as Nagisa carefully dabs a towel against the wound on his face, Rei belts out a beautiful string of apologies to the swim team for not being able to practice. However, according to his calculations, the smile on Nagisa’s face is worth it.

I had this same thought, like, what if we’re getting all hyped and it turns out what he’s looking at in the end is the actual main character, who just summoned his persona for the first time.
