I just wanted to say that I really love your hair in all your cosplays! I think my fave hairstyles are your Peach and Tiana ones! Keep being awesome!
Really? Wow, thank you so much <3 I should tell a story about the Peach hair, since everyone seems to like it so much (and I’m kinda like OMG WHUT SERIOUSLY?!) I did the curls to go with an original dress I wore on the Friday of the con we were at (Metacon 2013, and the dress was an original dress based on Sonic the Hedgehog, I need to take better pictures in it but for now here’s one, minus curls).
Anyhow, I curled my hair for it, like used rollers in it and everything. My wifey and our friend said that it was cute and said that maybe I should just do that for Peach, instead of a wig, which is what I did when I wore the costume before. I had decided to wear Peach in the first place because I hadn’t worn it in so long and I thought, maybe I could get some decent pictures in it. Still, I wasn’t sure if I should keep the curls. Just in case, I tied a scarf around my hair and went to bed.
The next morning I did absolutely nothing to my hair, I didn’t recurl it or anything. I put the dress on and did make up and was really, really close to putting on the wig, but my wifey and our friend told me not to.
So I didn’t.
And thus those pictures were born ^^ Hence me being so surprised at the reaction ^^;;;

No joke this was me when the PS3 came out. Like, the first model. The boxes actually had handles on them but people wanted bags, so I would awkwardly try and get the GameStop bag to fit over it. Such a large box, that thing was -_-
Fun fact: you can get it to work but was much easier with a coworker’s assistance.

According to some people on my Facebook, the pic of me in the red Mario hat makes me look like some secret fighting game character.
I am so beyond o.k. with this you have no idea. My love for fighting games is serious business. Like someone mentioned Terry Bogard and now I’m super fangirl happy.
Hi my name is Chibi and I take terrible pictures of me and my wifey and stuff.
No but seriously this is my wifey and she is the best. She makes all of my costumes and is geeky with me. She watches me play video games and I wouldn’t be a huge anime nerd without her introducing me to more than DBZ 12 years ago. We go to conventions together, and we’re writing a book series together (the first one is being published!), and we make crafts together.
Most importantly, she loves me for me :) She loves my size. my writing, and my dorky ways. She’s a big part of why I’m so into cosplay, and when I ever start to feel doubtful she’s there to remind me that I can rock it ^^
Oh and the future Mortal Kombat wedding was her idea. She’s designed dresses and everything *__*
