- Go to my blog.
- Go to my ask box.
- Say LETS BE FRIENDS.
- That’s it.
I never thought I’d say this…
… but what’s going on with Naruto?
Like, I stopped reading it around the time when Gaara fought his dad, because… I dunno, I just… lost interest after that resolution.
But I’m hearing things about it now that makes me interested again. Major characters are being killed? What’s going on? Can someone bring me up to speed?
… now it’s the french opening to Power Rangers. Just… go home, music player, you’re drunk.
No you can’t ask me why I have the french opening to Power Rangers in the first place.
Me: Man, I feel like writing, but I’m in the middle of a sex scene right now…
*turns on music player*
*Kanji’s theme from P4 Arena comes on*
Me: O.o
Me: … what are you trying to tell me, music player?
Copied and pasted, now you guys can meet me! Not that you wanted to clearly you came for the headcanons, Persona, and random!
***
- Do you usually sleep with your wardrobe door open or closed? Open because of the kitty who likes to roam around the house :)
- Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotels? No, not like they’d do anything for my hair. I have special hair… (by special I mean “black girl needs” har har giving into the stereotype… but it’s true hotel shampoo and condition do jack shit for me)
- Where is your next vacation? Not sure if going to conventions count, if they do then Anime Milwaukee in Wisconsin in February (hopefully, still waiting to hear back). If conventions don’t count, then hopefully somewhere awesome for my 30th birthday.
- Who do you think reads these? EVERYONE ON MY TUMBLR if by “read” you mean “scroll past…”
- Do you have a calendar in your room? The calendar is in the kitchen, it’s “Cosplay for a Cause.”
- What’s your plan for the day? Get commissions done in time for Christmas, do a bit of writing, maybe put away some laundry, little things like that.
- Are you reading any books right now? Not currently no. Waiting for the next Black Butler chapter to come out, yes!
- Do you ever count your steps when you walk? No
- Do you ever dance even if there’s no music playing? Sometimes, like, I do a little happy jig or victory jig and my partner giggles
- Do you chew your pens and pencils? Not really, I mostly chew on straws, I do NOT know why
- What is your “Song of the Week”? The DBZ Kai opening theme, “Dragon Soul.” I dunno, it came on my music player randomly yesterday while I was writing, it’s a fun and catchy tune.
- Is it okay for guys to wear pink? Yes. And kilts and skirts and dresses all that good stuff :)
- Do you still watch cartoons? Hell yeah. Currently obsessed over the new Nickelodeon TMNT and Ultimate Spider-man.
- Whats your favorite love movie? I… usually don’t do just strictly romance, it’ll be a movie that just so happens to have romance, but not be the main focus. Like… “Batman: Under the Red Hood.” Awesome, awesome movie, it just also happened to have romance. Don’t you dare look at me and say the tension between Batman and “The Red Hood” didn’t scream OTP.
- What do you drink with dinner? Depends, really. Water, Kool-Aid, rarely pop anymore, trying not to drink caffiene anymore.
- What do you dip Chicken Nuggets in? Oh lord I’ve tried all the sauces McDonalds has, I have a problem when it comes to nuggets, they somehow became my comfort food with rejection letters. I usually do Sweet and Sour or BBQ.
- What is your favorite food/cuisine? My mother’s macoroni and cheese, which is steadily becoming MY macorini and cheese as I cook it more often.
- What movies could you watch over and over and still love? Office Space. Hands down, Office Space. Also Mortal Kombat. Also Disney movies, or the animated DC movies.
- When was the last time you wrote a letter to someone on paper? Uh… is this a trick question?
- Can you change the oil on a car? I wish :(
- Best thing to eat for breakfast? The French Toast at Key’s Cafe
- What is your usual bedtime? 9pm on weekdays because that’s when my partner goes to bed
- Are you lazy? It’s weird, because I sit around a lot, but I get a lot done, like painting and working on commissions, or writing. So… yes and no?
- Afraid of heights? Hell yes.
- Occupations you wanted to be when you were a kid? A writer. Seriously. This is a childhood dream.
- Hot tea or cold tea? Neither, I don’t like tea. I know, BLASPHAMY, how can a geeky girl not like tea?!
- Tea or coffee? Jeez where’s the hot chocolate option? Fine, I pick coffee.
- Favorite kind of cookie? Chocolate chip cookies, fresh out the oven, when the chocolate is still gooey.
- Can you swim well? Black people can’t swim. Har har har just kidding, just giving into an old stereotype… but actually no I can’t swim.
- Can you hold your breath w/o manually holding your nose? No
- Who do you want to see right now? My babe, she just left for work though.
His face in the second panel.
You ever go see a movie and not realize you have an OTP until the movie is over and you’re at home on tumblr?

And the other half :)
Happy 25th Birthday Final Fantasy!!! (Post 1 OF 2)
NOTE: These are the final revisions of the posters I’ve been creating since Sept. 2012. Due to tumblr’s picture limit per post, the remaining posters are in the following post.
Due to this anniversary occurring this year, one of my best childhood friends for life Max of 17 years and I got together this past summer to reflect on Final Fantasy. I fondly remember of the days when him and I first met at the back of a school bus. We found a strange bond through our talk of video games and reading video game magazines on our journey home from school. One day, I saw him reading a white book that got me curious. It was the strategy guide for Final Fantasy VII, a new game that just had come out. I was curious because the only Playstation game I had owned at the time was “Crash Bandicoot”, and I played that disc to death. The memories “Wow, this guy sure has bright, spikey hair!” and “What is that big, glowing green thing he’s facing?” immediately come to mind flipping through the pages of his guide. He showed me the game case on our walk from the bus stop to his driveway at the end of the street. “Man, that is a BIG game case! This game must be epic!” I stared in amazement. “I’m only at the beginning, but it’s pretty fun so far” Max replied.
Little did we know how much that game would impact our lives and our bond of friendship for years to come…I ended up beating Final Fantasy VII 100% complete during the ENTIRE course of my summer in Junior year of high school. That was a crowning achievement I’ll never forget.
We all made friends through Final Fantasy: we talked about all the different games as they released in game stores, we drew fan art, we made fan fictions, we watched the movies, bought the figurines, listened to the gorgeous soundtracks, and even cosplayed as the favorites who remind us just a little bit of ourselves. To think, this magnificent video game series almost never was…if if wasn’t for a little hope and faith of game creator Hironobu Sakaguchi, Final Fantasy would never have existed, and he would’ve went back to the university to continue studying electrical engineering. Thank you Hironobu Sakaguchi. Thank you Square. You gave me a best friend, and now I’m giving my appreciation through these vintage posters.
