Taito Offers Up Some Persona 4 Plushies
While we’ve had a ton of Persona 4 merchandise, there haven’t been a lot of plushies except for the multiple versions of Teddie in his bear form. Now we’re finally getting (almost) the whole cast in squishy form: Taito is doing prize plushes of the MC,Chie, Yosuke, Kanji, Naoto, Yukiko, Rise, human Teddie, and even Nanako. ADORABLE! Each set of 3 is ¥2,680 and while they’re not up on any US sites yet you can snag some on Rakuten. Man, I need that Nanako in my life…
SWEET JESUS HAVE MERCY THESE ARE CUTE. I want them all ;_;
Friends, Christmas is coming, you know what to do, you know what two to get for me yes?
8 month old baby hearing his mother’s voice for the first time with cochlear implant
This is the most beautiful thing ever.
thank you science
THE BINKY JUST…….
DROPPED
HE WAS JUST MINDING HIS BUSINESS WITH THAT BINKY
AND THEN HE HEARD IT, AND HE STARTED SCRAMBLING TO RECOGNIZE IT
AND WHEN HE DID, OH GOD THE WAY THE BINKY JUST DROPPED
LOOK AT HIM HE’S SO HAPPY UGHThe fourth gif is the most beautiful… he’s looking at his mama, just shocked and then the smile forms on his face, and I’m crying.
I just love the realization that crosses his face, like, “… this is my mommy. I can hear her. I can hear her voice!” He’s just so happy, and the smile she gets on her face when she sees him smiling so much. This is just so touching, I can’t get over his little squirming, happy body in the last gif, like, “Guys! This is my mom!”
Two new Grell related items made over the weekend. The first is a wooden heart plaque with Grell woodburned onto it, the eye painted with small specs of red. The heart was given to me by my friend pinkstarpirate, who knows I do woodburning and I thought I could come up with something ^^ The second picture is of a newer version to the Cheshire Cat Grell clock I usually make. To go along with the Cheshire craziness, the numbers are flipped and backwards and just odd ^^
As always, you can check out the shop here for commissions or to see what’s available. The heart is available now and the clock can be ordered here ^^
Snow hijinks! My backyard and the snow creature my partner and I made together. It was supposed to be Jack Frost from Persona, but THAT HAT was not going to be all twisty and pointy ^^;;; So for now he is “Cute Snow Creature-chan!”
This engagement photo was shared with the caption “The best dads I’ll ever have getting engaged last night!”
So cute.
You’re probably wondering what that is on the floor. Those are my feelings. That’s all.
Just saying hello to my followers. It’s snowing where I am and it looks really pretty outside, and since my partner and I don’t have to go anywhere we’ve declared it a snow day. Going to stay inside, probably make some hot chocolate, finish up some commissions and do some writing.
Feel free to send me random messages since I don’t plan on going outside at all ^^ Enjoy your day!
French journalist from the TV show “Le Petit Journal” interviewing an Obama supporter during the presidential campaign:
- What is LGBT?
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender.- It’s something you stand for?
- Yeah, sexual minorities, sexual preference minorities, since Obama is for them, I’m for him.- You think it’s important?
- Yes. Everyone should — no matter who they love — should be equal.- How old are you?
- I’m eleven.
Preach!
I discovered Shin Megami Tensei games back in college when a roommate picked up a game that randomly had Dante in it (Nocturne). We decided to try it and it was really, really good. Sadly, back in college I didn’t play games as much, so I didn’t really look into Shin Megami Tensei again.
Later, after graduating and working at GameStop, I saw Nocturne in the store one day (someone had traded it in). I decided to buy it. Then I realized there were MORE Shin Megami Tensei games. This was around the time when Persona 3 was about to launch, which seemed interesting, then we learned about the whole “shooting yourself in the head” thing and kinda got turned off.
However, one of my coworkers gave the game a try and said, “GUYS OMG YOU NEED TO PLAY THIS! IT’S AWESOME!” So I gave it a shot, and my lord, I loved it. Just… going through a school year, day to day, balancing friends and school and jobs and fighting in dungeons? I had never played a game like that before, and I loved it. I was super upset with myself with judging it so harshly before even trying it and bought it right away.
With Persona 4 I didn’t make the same mistake, by then I KNEW I loved the franchise. I reserved it, got the artbook, and played the hell out of it :) I feel like I was more prepared with 4, because I knew what I was getting into. With 3 I was like, “… social… links? Making decisions? Getting tired in battle?” Like I knew about dungeon crawling, but… high school?
