Look a proper headcanon that isn’t me wondering about life and the world and things ^^;;; So we’ve covered Naoto asking Kanji out on a date… sort of. Now it’s time to cover how she proposes… sort of.

Fun fact: The smoke detector part comes from true facts! One day, it went off randomly in our house because the battery was low, and we couldn’t figure out how to get it to shut up ^^;;;
I can’t picture anyone daydreaming about me. I can’t picture someone thinking about me when they’re laying in bed before they fall asleep. I can’t picture anyone telling their friends about me. I can’t picture anyone getting butterflies because I hugged them, or even just because I made eye contact with them. I can’t picture someone smiling because my name lit up their phone. I just can’t.

Like, all of this hurricane and political stuff is going on, and you know, you have a good laugh at what idiots have to say about it, like the one preacher who blames the hurricane on gay people. Like, “LOL that guy is a frickin’ MORON!" Like, yeah, I had a good laugh because… yeah, idiot.
But like… do you ever just stop.
And get kinda scared.
That people like this even exist in the world?
Like I was lucky to not live in the time period my parents did, with all of the racial things going on, or in the time period my grandmother did with all of the things women couldn’t do. And I’m thankful for that.
But sometimes… it feels like, "Did we… even accomplish anything?”
Today I read about some guy who actually criticized Obama for responding too quickly to the hurricane. And I… just…
Then the whole thing about the hurricane being gay people’s fault. Like… I just…
And then all the stuff that’s been talked about involving rape, and how legitimate it is, or how yes, it’s painful, but God is making it happen to you for some reason and… I just…
Or, you know, love is love and love is great… but no you shouldn’t get married, sweetie, that’s wrong. Yes 11 years is wonderful, and I’m happy you’re in love… but no you can’t get married.
Is this the world we live in now?

And I’m grateful to have friends and family who see this stuff who are like, “These people are idiots,” because, yeah, it’s nice to have so many people agreeing with me.
But… it’s kind of terrifying that such hateful people are even here and there are people who agree with them, like, “You know what? You’re right. If it weren’t for gay people this hurricane would’ve never happened,” or, “Yeah you’re right a woman’s body can stop the rape if it’s legitimate,” and just…
I’m gonna go and find something happy to distract my brain now.
Kuroshitsuji, or Black Butler. I. Love. That. Series. And I FOUGHT IT for so long, I’m not even sure WHY because it’s SO WONDERFUL! That’s the most recent one because I’m a loser and so far behind in things ^^;;; Past ones include (which I mean things I’ve written for): DBZ (in my high school notebooks NOWHERE ELSE), Gundam Wing, Yu Yu Hakusho, Death Note, Fruits Basket (one fic I think), and Naruto (oh god weren’t we ALL Naruto fans once upon a time?)
There’s a ton of series I love, like my top three are Utena, Gankutsuou, and X/1999. But I never got into the fandoms as far as fic writing and joining communities goes, for some reason. There’s way too many other series and games to ramble about that I love, or movies, or cartoons. I’ll just do recent, I suppose.

So this isn’t a request one (still need to finish those) but I had this thought in my head while at work (somehow this came to mind at work, I dunno ^^;;;) Usually, when it comes to stories of jealously, it’s Kanji jealous of Souji, or someone, or something when it comes to Naoto. Rarely have I seen it be the reverse, of Naoto being jealous because someone is interested in Kanji.
So I thought I’d shake things up a bit :)
Warning: Completely worksafe, fairly short since I get off in like twenty minutes, lots of Naoto arguing with herself, made up female character-chan hitting on Kanji, and cheese fries. Always, ALWAYS about the cheese fries!
