I know just enough Japanese to know that I have no idea what’s going on in this book :| I really wish I did, Naoto looks so awesome and confident in some of these shots. I bet the story would be right up my alley.

and then have your girlfriend dump you so you follow your old man best friend to Japan where some douche tries to kill you both repeatedly
And babysit some kids cuz your boyfriend stood you up and end up in the middle of Chicago while you try to save your bff Kimmie Gibler who’s stuck at a bus stop? Only to end up meeting a man with a hook for a hand, stumble into a car jacking, meet a car jacking crime organization, sing the blues with some of the only black people in the 80s, run into a gang on the subway, watch 15-year-old get stabbed in the foot, go to a frat party, meet Thor (ok that part’s cool I don’t even…), and watch a 9-year-old slide down the side of the tallest fucking building ever?
Oh and find said boyfriend cheating on you at Chez Restaurante for cheaters. Don’t worry, the 15-year-old you’re babysitting will gladly be your rebound.
This raccoon never left the side of a cat who was dying of a tumor. The cat was comforted for the final hours of her life by her long time friend.

That last one. The raccoon gently petting the cat. The look on the cat’s face. The look on the raccoon’s face. The raccoon looks so sad, petting the cat with this look of, “I don’t want you to leave me, but I’ll be here with you and make you feel comfortable, because you shouldn’t be in pain when you go.” And the cat has her eyes closed like, “Thank you. That does feel nice. I feel like I can rest quietly next to you.”
Animals are so amazing, but wow, this is both sweet and sad to look at :(
Janelle Monae is so dazzling. Even hearing her name I have to bite my lip because the perfection is overwhelming and makes my breath stutter
Um… just… wow. I’m sad that I don’t know who this is, but she is stunning. Pretty girls in ties and stylish clothes are a huge weakness, and this woman is simply gorgeous.
Just now getting into this series – or rather, these short clips that would make a lovely series – and I’m already in love with it. Had to make something for the local comic book convention this weekend. When I sketched it, I realized that there wasn’t much room on the wood for Batgirl, then I realized, “Paint her on the glass, duh!”
And thus, this mirror was born :)

Pony clock commission completed :) Fluttershy and Big Macintosh with their cutie marks on the side. I decided that for the outside of the clock I would paint one side yellow, the other side red, and in the middle the colors sort of blend together.

Finished just in time for our local comic book convention. Two of my favorite ladies in the Batman universe: Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. The side of the glass is painted with Ivy’s leaves, while the outside of the clock is painted like Harley’s outfit.
I had a lot of fun making this one. I don’t usually make things for a comic book convention (this is the first one I’ve had a table at), so I’m having a lot of fun with these. My dad is huge into comic books and I grew up in a house with lots of comics, so making this stuff is giving me this awesome feeling of nostalgia.
