I actually had this happen!

I posted online how people assume that all I do is eat unhealthy junk and how I enjoy fruits and veggies and I’m not eating them because someone told me to lose weight I’m eating them because I, gasp, enjoy them! And one of the first responses I got was, “Don’t eat too much grass you cow.”

This. Is why. Loving yourself. Is so important. People who make assumptions about you don’t know the circumstances of your life nor do they care. They just want to crack a joke and try and belittle you based on anything they possible can – including food.
