Why do I have this link? Mainly because (as a lot of you new followers won’t know), I survived End Stage Kidney Failure and I Do Not Qualify For Disability.

I was on dialysis for two years, three times a week, four hour shifts. All the while, a single parent to a two/three year old girl. As of Feb 2017, I got my kidney transplant, but I have severe side-effects from the thirteen medications I take twice a day, and this prohibits me from working. I do not qualify for Disability because I lived in the UK for seven years, and I don’t make the minimum amount of US work hour credits.So I basically am as bottom of the barrel, financially, as possible.

So hey, if you wanna donate $3, I’m not gonna say no, haha. 

Hi, everyone! Well, my daughter is starting kindergarten in a month. That means a ridiculous amount of expenses that has me struggling down to near nothing from the money I get through monthly benefits.

Adara’s school supplies came out to exactly $99.99. Her mandatory eye exam costs $80, mandatory dental exam is $59. On top of that, she of course has been asking me to start soccer, $108 for the fall season, and swim lessons, which lord knows how much that is.

So, if you can help me with whatever minor amount, it would make a huge difference to my and my daughter’s quality of life. I apologize if you see this post more than once today, as I’ll be reblogging it a couple of times.
