B: A pairing you initially didn’t consider but someone changed your mind
KiriDeku. I don’t remember who changed my mind, but I saw some art and thought it was adorable. Two cute positive, determined boys, yes please. Also, Shinsou and Todoroki is the fault of @atomicblonde lol.

-Older Deku gets an undercut
-Bakugou can dirty talk like no other

Side note: can I just gush about the fact that our main characters have friend groups of their own and not just with each other? And they actually feel like solid friendships instead of placeholders for when they get back to each other?
-Snarky Todoroki
-Best wing woman Uraraka
-Mineta is never allowed
-BakuDeku is the end game but that doesn’t mean they haven’t tried with other people. Can super get behind the boys having previous relationships but finding their way back to each other (dating is great, kids)
-That the fandom keeps Deku as a mumbling adorable mess
Fandom things I dislike:
Folks harassing other folks about their ships. Come on, y’all, just ignore the stuff you don’t like.
Also, folks saying a ship is preventing them from watching the show. The show isn’t about the ships, the show is about Deku becoming a hero. That means we’re gonna see all of his important interactions, and that has always included Bakugou, since the very first episode. This whole “ship interference” thing is so bonkers because it’s not the BakuDeku fans interfering with your show, it’s you holding yourself back because “ugh I hate this ship.” Honestly, how did you make it this far along when we’ve been Kacchaning it up since day one?
Same with the movie. If you don’t like the direction it goes in, that’s totally cool, but folks are allowed to enjoy it (though honestly the folks who don’t have kept those thoughts in their own space VS folks who don’t like BakuDeku directly messaging people their feelings which… why even bother doing that when you could be not engaging in the ship you hate?)
