Oh lord, I can’t pick favorite blogs, but I’ll answer the random five facts.

1.  Before figures and video games, I loved collecting stuffed animals.  Still do.  I fully intend to make a room called “The Animal Safari Room” someday with all of them.  Most of them are back home with my dad in Chicago, because I couldn’t take them all to college, and right after college I went to Minneapolis with my partner (like, day after graduation, we packed up her car and left).

2.  The first character I ever cosplayed was Youko Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho.  My friends told me I was the best big breasted black female Youko Kurama ever.  People actually still remember that cosplay.  I remember getting my picture with some teenager who was at the con with his mom, she was like, “He thinks you’re really pretty,” and so I put my arm around him and his face turned beet red, it was super adorable!

3.  I once cosplayed Princess Peach at work for the Smash Brothers BRAWL launch.  This kid in line kept bowing down to me, because I was a princess  ^^;;;  That cosplay got recognized at Anime Detour that year as “Hey it’s that girl who dressed up as Peach at the BRAWL launch!”

4.  I am super afraid of spiders, like, I will leave the room and go get my partner to kill them for me.

5.  When I get to meet people I really like (like the Nostalgia Critic, or Little Kuriboh, or voice actors and whatnot) I get super shy, like, ducking behind my partner shy, like, “Please go and get him to come over here,” shy.  I got to meet Lanipator from Team Four Star and super spazzed, hardcore, as he wandered around artist alley, and I couldn’t form words.  Every year I saw him I would spaz, I’ve even given him things that HE’S spazzed over, and has shown off at his panel, or did videos showing it off, and even THEN I’m like, “… don’t look at me senpai on god my heart doki doki!"  And all of these people end up being really nice and I’m just like, ”……………… *dies*“ 

I fear for my life at Detour this year with J. Michael Tatum, voice of Sebastian from Black Butler.  I’ll probably make him some lame Sebastian thing, then melt in front of him.
