The Inner Workings of a Chibi.

ornamentedbeing:

I am very tired of seeing people posting about being sick of humanity. The bombings were horrific but look at the acts of kindness that took place immediately after the attack. Many people ran away and many more ran towards the blast, clothes were willingly shed to keep pressure on wounds, men reached out and pinched arteries to keep a life from slipping away and bleeding out. Strangers held the hands of strangers and chanted ‘stay with me, I am here, stay with me’. Look at the first responders, the ordinary people who did extraordinary things. Shell shocked people wondered the streets and were invited into homes for food and to charge phones, priests walked through the crowds offering words of comfort, and tired runners kept on running to the hospitals to give blood. I for one refuse to give up on this world. I will not despair, even though there are horrors in this world they do not outweigh the kindness and joy still present.

Wow just… this.  I didn’t even look at it like this, either, but that’s amazing.
