My partner makes them and I love her for it!  I’ll do some painting here or there (like I get to add details to my upcoming armored Princess Tiana sword and armor) but she is the one who sews.  It’s a perfect dork relationship, because she sews and I paint and woodburn and stuff.  

I lucked out by having a girl who sews.  Actually… it’s her fault I even cosplay, I didn’t even know what it was until I went to my first Anime Central and met her in person back in 2002 (we met online in 2001 via Gundam Wing).  

She’s starting to get into doing commissions, which is why I decided to be brave and make a cosplay page and stuff, because I want to help her get out there.  I told her it’s a big deal that she does costumes for a plus sized girl, and that may even move into doing really geeky cute clothes too.  You know, because I love hoodies, but I can never find them in my size.
