You know how people say keep your black cats inside around halloween? Cat was in the window watching things like normal, we hear a crash, realize someone fucking shot a marble through the glass. They were a bad shot so the little dude is fine, but bailed too fast for us to even get a glimpse. Don’t know if they slingshot it and ran or shot from a car, but they were GONE within 20 seconds of impact.

APPARENTLY INSIDE KITTIES AREN’T COMPLETELY SAFE EITHER.

All of a sudden I’m glad we live in a third-floor apartment. And yes, signal boosting.

I have a friend who works as a vet tech. You don’t want to know the real stories she has about black cats around Halloween. She told me to keep our black cats inside a full week before Halloween. 

Trust me.

You want to do this.

People really can be awful and terrible. Ugh. Keep your kitties safe, everyone. 

God, I just wanna adopt all the black kitties of the world and protect them from monsters :(
