Oh lord we have so many stories.  Just, explaining things about my hair is fun.  Like, relaxing it, for example.  How it makes my hair straight.  How the night before I can’t scratch my head.  How like, two jars need to be used because my hair may look short because it’s naturally poofy, but when it’s straightened it’s just… really long, lol!

The funnier stories are with food.  When she use to visit me in college, there was one time when I wanted macaroni and cheese.  So we went to the grocery store and she went for the Kraft blue box?  I was like, “Oh no, no no no, no.  Put that down.”  Because in college the place I stayed was a really nice dorm set up that was more like an apartment, so I had a full kitchen with an over and stuff.  But like, it shocked me that she had no idea about, you know, soul food mac and cheese?  I thought EVERYONE did.  You know, cheeses, butter, eggs, milk, baking it, I thought everyone knew!  But she didn’t.  So I made it for her.
