It took me a second look to realize that “you can be a real jerk sometimes” was in every panel, not just the last two.  It’s so sad how we so easily focus on the negative, but it’s true.  All the compliments in the world and all it takes is one person to cut you down and drown on the positive.  

It might take some time, but someday you’ll learn to reverse what you let yourself focus on  :)
