The Inner Workings of a Chibi.

reiszs asked: Tohru Adachi or Hanamura Yosuke Both. Always both.

I always thought there weren’t too many degrees of seperation between the two, and really the reason Yosuke didn’t turn out like Adachi was cause Souji saved him in time

Still taking requests!!

This. The reason Adachi is terrifying is that he’s not a monster, he’s very human. I don’t think his character is meant to be an archetype of inherent evil. He’s an example of what someone can become when they let bitterness and boredom guide them, and steer them in bad directions.

Souji, Namatame, and Adachi are probably some of the best examples I’ve seen of the “neutral-good, true-neutral, chaotic-neutral” dynamics in a “set” of characters.

As for Yosuke, he has quite a bit in common with Namatame as well; he wants to be the hero and make sure that justice is done. Luckily Souji (we) stop him, but it’s interesting to consider that he has impulses in common with both Namatame and Adachi.

Reblogging because this is really interesting.
