I sure hope so. I have the feeling it could either be really COOL or really awful, hoping it’s on the really cool side.

I just hope it doesn’t go the way of “Oz The Great and Powerful” and be a scorned lover thing, like OH KING STEPHEN WAS MY BABEH AND NOW HE LOVES THIS PRETTIER BITCH GONNA CURSE THEIR KID NOW BYE. Maleficent is such an evil fucking badass; she deserves a way better story than that. (and so did the ladies of Oz but thankfully we have Wicked for that :P)
For Maleficent it needs to be the reverse or something like some guy like “I could love you” and she’s like, “Yeah you could but power is everlasting,” and that’s the end of the movie.
