The Inner Workings of a Chibi.
Headcanon: On the next exciting episode…

Let’s knock these requests out!  I got three of them done while at work today, will write more tomorrow assuming that it’s slow  :)

This first one is for the always wonderful krisrix, who drew adorable fanart of Naoto clinging to Kanji.  There’s two versions of this request, this is the more lighthearted response.

Warnings:  Again.  Damn you.  Neo-Featherman.  If you need a reference, check out this headcanon here  :)

Headcanon: Hands

This is all shadow-naoto’s fault.  We were chatting during a slow spell at work and the conversation lead to this short snippet about the most important thing in Naoto’s life.

Headcanon: In which a detective has a nightmare

After talking with krisrix I got a headcanon thing in mind, but it totally morphed into something else.  I might try and write the other idea I discussed with her, but this one just came to mind.

Warnings:  Angst, spoilers to November/December stuffs and parts of the Persona 4 anime.  Since the anime had moments where Naoto and Nanako grew a sort of bond I wondered, how would Naoto take the terrible news that happens in those winter months?

Headcanon: In which a lesson is learned from an unlikely source

Apparently it was Adachi’s birthday?  I’ve never written anything for him before, so I thought I’d give it a shot.  Adachi and Naoto have a talk which, in turn, leads to a lesson.

Warnings:  Spoilers for December and beyond.  Not really any pairings, unless if you want them to be there  ^^

Headcanon: Paper

In case you’ve missed the news, Paperman is awesome.  It’s been posted online just in time for the Oscars, so if you didn’t get to see Wreck-it-Ralph and catch this amazing short, now you can!

After watching it again (saw it before Wreck-it-Ralph last year) all sorts of feelings re-emerged, and this headcanon was born  :)

Warnings:  Sap, no dialogue (trying to do it in the style of Paperman, which has no dialogue, and doesn’t need it whatsoever), completely implausible

Headcanon: In which his birthday never passes her by

So krisrix is awesome and amazing and did some lovely birthday art for her husband simongannon.  Both of them are lovely folks who enjoy my writing, so I thought I would write up some sweet sap for Kanji and Naoto for them  :)  May or may not do a smutty remix later.

Warning:  I know Kanji already had a birthday but for the purposes of this story it’s his birthday again, yay!

Headcanon: In which a princess speaks up

Something that came to mind when watching the anime again/hearing a friend talking about his P4 Golden playthrough.

Yukiko mentions that her and Kanji use to be friends.

Still a Kanji and Naoto story (with a whisper of Chie and Yukiko), but sometimes those two need a push.  But this time, that push comes from an unlikely source.

He finds them in the back of Kanji’s closet, of all places.  Stylish, and oh so very yellow, like bright flowers on a perfect springtime day.  Kanji is standing there, blushing more shades of red than Souji’s ever seen before.  The taller boy speaks, or rather, he stutters out some sort of response, “T-they… I-I mean…” then he balls up his fists and decides that being loud is the logical route, “It ain’t what you think!”

Souji takes it in stride, having gotten use to Kanji’s aggressive dialect long ago.  He pulls the heels out and examines them, turning them in his hands. There’s a hint of some scuffing on one of them, a spec of dirt on the other. These have been worn before and they’re slightly stretched out, the owner’s feet a touch bit too large for the ladies footwear.

Kanji’s still stuttering, balled fists shaking, “… I just… t-that pageant, and…” then he stops.  There’s no point to try and explain.  Senpai is much too smart and will see right through it.  So he just stands there and waits to see what he’ll say and do.

The last thing he expects is for Souji to set the shoes on the floor, pull off his socks, and slowly step into them.  Kanji just stares, mouth hanging open as his senpai takes a couple of test steps.  It’s a lot harder than girls make it look and his legs are shaking, but he keeps walking, heels tapping at the floor in seductive little waves that makes Kanji’s face flush for a completely different reason.

“They’re nice,” Souji says, voice soft and understanding, as always.  He smiles at Kanji as he starts to get the hang of it, long legs more confident as he moves.  There’s even a playful swing of his hips that silently calls the Kanji, but he’s too busy staring to actually respond.  Souji seems to feel the boy’s eyes on him and he stops, the sweet smile shifting into something a bit sexier.  He leans towards Kanji, speaking again, “What do you think?”

“I… I think you’re fuckin’ crazy,” he whispers.

“And I think you’re ‘fuckin’ turned on.”

Kanji decides that if there are any regrets to be had later he’ll just blame the heels.

Urm… so good morning, everyone!  That’s what came to mind when I saw this lovely picture  ^^;;;  Sorry it stops before it gets to the good stuff, but there’s no “Read More” cut with reblogging and I like to put that stuff behind a cut.  It’s actually the first – no, second – time I’ve written Souji and Kanji, it’s not a pairing I’ve really explored much of but hey, you gotta listen to your muses  ^^

Headcanon: In which detectives can use the power of magic

So as I watched the Nanako episode of the Persona 4 anime something occurred to me.

Warnings:  Post game, Kanji and Naoto cuteness, Nanako cuteness, detective cuteness
