We actually use to joke about this when I was in high school.  When Scream came out, the whole thing about “are you alone in the house,” me and my friends were always like, “The killer wouldn’t be able to get any of us, because there’s too many people in this house!”  In her house there were like… seven people?  One who had two kids.  So we made up this whole thing of:

“Are you alone in the house?”

“Who’s that on the phone?”

“Hey shut up, I’m talking!”

“Is it for me?”

“No!”

“Well get off the phone I’m expecting a call!”

“Yo’ boyfriend can wait I’m talking!”

“Uh… hello?”

“Yeah hey, sorry ‘bout that.”

“So you’re not alone in the house-”

“Hey who is this?”

“Hang up the damn phone I’m talking!”

“Uh…”

“You sound cute, what’s yo’ name?”

“Excuse me?”

“HANG UP THE PHONE I’M TALKIN’!”

*click*

“Did he just hang up on us?”

“Oh no he didn’t!”

“I’m gonna find him and fuck his ass up.”

“I heard something in the basement.”

“Let’s get his ass!”

“You can’t just hang up on people like that!”

“Who the hell do you think you are?!”

“Rude ass mutha fucka!”

*roll credits*

I really like scary movies but on the other hand I really don’t like scary movies

This is me.  In college, my friend introduced me to Fatal Frame 2.  We played it at my house at night while my dad was at work.  She left and I was home alone.  I actually slept with our Boxer in the room with me, like normally he’d sleep out in the hallway but I was like, “Nope come in this room with me and I’m closing the door so you can’t leave me nope nope nope stay.”
