So I wrote that little blurb of Kanji’s love letter, someone wondered what a letter from Naoto would look like.

Well, here it is  ^^  Just like the Kanji one, this can apply to anyone and Naoto, though we all know where my OTP heart lies ^^

Randomly, these are fun to write, and a good break from the original story and trying to get things published thing that’s been going on  ^^;;;  I do still plan on starting that idol fic thing… at some point?

Despite who the letter is from, the penmanship is surprisingly shaky, words crossed out, as if the writer is uncertain.

To whom it may concern,

This letter is only intended for the eyes of the person it is addressed to.  Please do not share this with anyone invasion of privacy is a crime! as it is only meant for you.

My analysis indicates that there is something wrong with me.

It appears… that I have developed something some troubling feelings for you.  

I have debated seeking medical attention.

After running several tests…

This may come as a surprise to you, and I hope you do not find me unappealing oh god please do not! think this is some sort of joke.  I am speaking the truth.

I… am in love with you.

Please send help so I do not have to endure these feelings any longer, as they will only cause more harm than good.  I am not the best candidate for you as I lack the social skills and qualifications to engage in a relationship.  Also, I have no time for such feelings, as I am busy being a detective, hence why I lack the social-

I hope… you can somehow manage to feel the same way, too.

If not, I will be extremely distraught will understand not really, no not at all! and hope that we can continue to be friends.

However, if you do find yourself suffering from experiencing the same feelings as me, then please, let me know at your earliest convenience.

So I wrote this for a friend in one of those memes going around, to write a love letter in the person’s ask box.  I thought I’d share it with everyone since, of course, it’s Kanji and Naoto related  ^^;;;  It’s a bit snazzier than it was in the ask box since there’s no word limit.  Though I suppose, technically, Kanji could be addressing it to anyone really.

Urm… so I suck at writing letters

And I ain’t that great with love ‘cept if it’s sewin’ or animal crackers

I love those things

And… I love you too

So… my love for you is like… fabrics, like, the really soft fabric, the kind you use for knitting stuffed bunnies

And animal crackers.  Fresh out the box, no wait!  Fresh out the oven, yeah!

But not like sewin’ needles, cuz those are sharp, or not like thread cuz it gets tangled and annoying and-…

Argh! 

What the hell am I sayin’?! 

Sigh.

There are no words to describe how wonderful you are

In case you’ve missed the news, Paperman is awesome.  It’s been posted online just in time for the Oscars, so if you didn’t get to see Wreck-it-Ralph and catch this amazing short, now you can!

After watching it again (saw it before Wreck-it-Ralph last year) all sorts of feelings re-emerged, and this headcanon was born  :)

Warnings:  Sap, no dialogue (trying to do it in the style of Paperman, which has no dialogue, and doesn’t need it whatsoever), completely implausible
