Con swaaaaaag picture! I went beyond overboard this time with the purchases, haha…

I finally bought my first figure and I am not disappointed! The Rio:Bone Panty is awesome! I also bought some cute buttons and little plushies from the artist alley and both are beyond adorable.  The artist alley also got me two free books (woohoo reading time!) and Gnome Games was kind enough to donate some pokemon cards for a little giveaway our cosplay group (Daikon Cosplay) is doing!

Daikon cosplay decided to try some cosplay photography with Elliment Studios and are absolutely in LOVE with how they turned out.  I hope they’ll continue with cosplay photography!

Now here’s my favorite thing I got.

I went diving into a gashapon box and found two adorable maids, a school girl rei ayanami and a little shinji keychain.  BUT HERE’S THE THING.

This is what happened so far…

All right.  Dinner has been had and we’ve said goodbye to our good friends, the con is officially over.  I’ll post pictures from the shots I did with my Peach cosplay but for now, it’s time to rest  @.@  Met some awesome people, got a lot of compliments, got some awesome commissions of our characters from our upcoming book, and found out my boobs are magical, so… yeah, Metacon was a success.

My Sunday cosplay, which my wifey has been calling a version of the Mad Hatter.

So we try to go out at some point during the con, you know, to reward ourselves for a job well done and to have fun with friends and stuff. Tonight we went to “Hell’s Kitchen” in Minneapolis, which was pretty tasty. But, as always, we ended up bring home leftovers.

My wifey and I have this thing we do where we draw on our boxes, but the boxes were black!  So she took a fork and started scratching into it. This is what she ended up drawing.

I wore my Sonic dress to Metacon today and curled up my hair.  I took pictures because my hair actually looks like decent what?  No way!  If it stays obedient, I may do the same thing for Princess Peach tomorrow?  I mean I know her hair is long but… curls…
