This is my first large 3D printed project. 232 hours of print time, more than 6 pounds of ABS printer filament (the helm only weighs 4 pounds, there was a lot of support material).
Printed in 36 sperate pieces and glued together with acetone. Then sanded to remove the lines from printing, primed and painted. After painting, I put together a padded harness and various belts to hold it on my head and hold the visor down.
My friend is so amazingly creative and everyone should follow his work <3
Just something I made for fun since I’m playing Tomodachi Life again. Ignore how they say “Hide”… I can’t make them pronounce it correctly in songs. Lol. Enjoy!
