Introducing magical girls gettin’ down to business! We have Galactic Purple powering up her signature “Cupcake Bomb.” Not only does it explode, but it has acidic frosting. Next, we have Prism Pink using her seamstress abilities with “Sewn Together Symmetry.” She uses her threads to tie down her opponents, and if they try to move they learn the hard way that the thread is razor sharp.

This art will soon be available as prints of the girls and will also be included in the first book of the magnifiqueNOIR series: I Am Magical.

Alix tried not to stare but couldn’t hide the shock on his face.  Mira had mentioned to them that the leader of the Red Dragons was female, she had even shown it to them in her book, but it was still hard for him to grasp the concept.  The level of respect the Red Dragons showed the woman and the fact that all of the demons watched her carefully proved to Alix that not only was this woman in charge, but she was something to be feared.

Alix had a feeling that, if a fight were to start, she wouldn’t even have needed the two dragons with her.

“I trust you have an explanation for taking my son, Thierry?”  The woman asked as she looked over at him.

Thierry nodded. “Of course, Anasia.”

“It wasn’t his fault, honest!”  The sudden outburst surprisingly came from Lyree.  The young Scough gave the woman a pleading look, ears pressed tightly to his head. “A-Anasia, I-I mean Reina, please!”

Anasia stared at the young Scough in surprise, watching as he bowed down in front of her.  After getting over the shock of his outburst she chuckled and patted him on top of his head. “There’s no need for that.  I came for an explanation, not a fight.”

Lyree looked up at her hesitantly. “R-really?  Saraisai is always saying how ill-tempered Red Dragons are and-”

“Shut up!”  Saraisai growled at Lyree, then he turned and swiped his claws at Amari when he started to laugh. “Shut up, all of ya!”

“Please excuse them, Anasia.  I promise, they mean no harm,” Thierry said.

“Oh I can tell,” then she smiled at Lyree, scratching behind one of his ears. “This one is kind of cute, actually,” and she smiled more when she saw the blush on the young Scough’s face.

“Anasia.  Behave.”

“Oh hush, Thierry.”

We got some art commissioned of two of the characters from our book, “Seeking the Storyteller.”  Meet Anasia, the Reina (also known as “queen”) of the Red Dragons, and Lyree, the cute little Scough (a fox demon) who pretty much worships the ground she walks on.

I’m so happy with the art omg the sound I made when I saw it  *__*

Art is by KrisRix of atelierMUSE.

You can get signed, physical copies of “Seeking the Storyteller" here <3
