Sewn Together Reflections has some comic book themed items available at the shop, perfect for fans of the Joker, Bizarro, Captain America, and other iconic characters. You can get them right on time for the holidays ^^ And, as always, we do take commissions, so feel free to place an order :) There’s still time to get something before Christmas! Just send me a note here or a message on our Etsy page!
New items are now becoming available at our shop, Sewn Together Reflections. These buttons are woodburned and painted, and we can make them of whatever you want. Today I’m showing off some of the My Little Pony buttons we have available, some with (hopefully) catchy sayings on them.
Feel free to send a note to me here, or go through our shop for your button wearing needs :)
Pinky and the Brain appreciation post! You know, nostalgia stuff does really well at conventions, but something about Pinky and the Brain in particular seems to put a smile on everyone’s faces. I have fond memories of watching the show with my mom, so when I make a coaster with them on it I always end up smiling, too :)
As always, check out what we have available at the shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/snowtigra?ref=si_shop and, as always, commissions are available ^^
How much is that Jack Frost in the window? In the Geek Room rests this little guy, one of my favorite persona in the entire franchise (he’s so cute!) This corner of the window has him hand drawn by my lovely partner then painted by me.
We’re thinking about drawing and painting Shadow Teddie above the window, at some point. I swear these walls are going to be covered with so many things ^^;;;
And yes, those are little P4 keychains in the one picture. The wooden circles? Sketches by my good friend of Kanji and Naoto (hard to see in the picture since I was trying to get a close up of Jack Frost)
It occurred to me that I never posted this. I’m not sure why. I haven’t made much Panty and Stocking stuff. Again, I’m not sure why, because it’s fun to make stuff from this series :) Here’s the three coasters I have made, and I’d always love to make more.

I think I posted these a long, long time ago, but back then it wasn’t as full as it is now. But someone asked for pictures, and ye shall receive. Sorry for kinda poor quality since I used my phone. A few fun facts:
1. Everything is hand painted by my partner and I. We painted the walls yellow, the ceiling black, then proceeded to draw on the walls and paint. I did the Pac-Man stuff and the details on the portal, along with the Star Fox ship and Katamari going towards the Earth. She did the tetris pieces, the Jack Frost, and the Sonic level inside the closet. I did the Konami code as well.
2. This is a combination of both of our collections and signs and things we’ve found and purchased together – including the sweet display stand that spins, thanks Borders for that. This also includes nifty things from my dad that he gave me. This includes a Magnovox Odyssey, a lot of the old school comic book figures, and the Marvel jacket hanging by the Gargoyles figures that he hand painted himself (see where I get the art from)
3. This room is NOT complete yet. We still have plans to paint a moon on a ceiling with the blue portal, a Mega-man level above one the other window to go with the 8-bit Mega-man art we have. Eventually, we’re going to get shelves to put on the walls so it’s a bit more organized.
4. This does NOT have all of our things in it. There’s still a few things in boxes, and recently purchased things to put in there (like the P4 artbook I just bought, ect.) There’s also more things in the living room, but I haven’t taken pictures of it. That’s where a lot of our comic book figures or nicer anime figures are, like the Ame-Comi ones, or nice Final Fantasy ones, Ghostbusters stuff, and things like that. We have plans to move them into the Geek Room once we get better shelves.
5. I am, indeed, that collector nerd that will sometimes buy two copies of a game to keep one sealed. Hence me actually having 2 Raidou Jack Frosts, one is still in the box with the game, sealed. Also, hence me having two copies of like, Mario All-stars, and things like that.
6. The standees come from my old job. The Zelda one? I completely lied my ass off about. A customer was asking what we were doing with it when we were finished and I said that another customer had already claimed it. Yeah… ^^
7. Yes, that is He-man toys, and Gargoyles, thanks to my partner :)
8. Next geek project? Underwater level Mario bathroom. Already have a Nintendo sign above that door ^^
Pony clock commission completed :) Fluttershy and Big Macintosh with their cutie marks on the side. I decided that for the outside of the clock I would paint one side yellow, the other side red, and in the middle the colors sort of blend together.

Finished just in time for our local comic book convention. Two of my favorite ladies in the Batman universe: Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. The side of the glass is painted with Ivy’s leaves, while the outside of the clock is painted like Harley’s outfit.
I had a lot of fun making this one. I don’t usually make things for a comic book convention (this is the first one I’ve had a table at), so I’m having a lot of fun with these. My dad is huge into comic books and I grew up in a house with lots of comics, so making this stuff is giving me this awesome feeling of nostalgia.

Grell Appreciation Post! One thing I always find myself making for conventions is things for Grell. I absolutely love Grell, so I always try to have something at the table, whether it’s a mirror, or the Cheshire Cat clock, or coasters :)

Adventure Time! I’m pretty excited about these things, especially the clock. The clock was my first attempt at turning a box into a functional clock. With a double A battery, the hands will go around Finn and Jake, their faces side by side. You can open the top and fill it with things, too. Above that is a mirror of Finn and below is a coaster of Fionna.
I’d love to make more Adventure Time things of the other characters. As always, I do take commissions, and you can feel free to check out the site here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/snowtigra?ref=si_shop There’s no Adventure Time stuff up at the moment, but you can always ask for a custom item :)
