Now that I’m done fangirling (not really done, but now coherent) it’s SPECULATION TIME!  

I notice on the cover that there seem to be some sort of shadows on the side there, and unless if I’m looking at it wrong, there seems to be some gray thing with a red eye.  So perhaps this case dips into the supernatural, like the Inaba one did?  That would be really cool, actually.  

I also notice that long haired Naoto has long hair like her third persona, or rather, her third persona has long hair and Naoto does now too.  Coincidence?  Hmmm…

Does she keep in contact with the gang I wonder?  I certainly hope so (Kanji and Naoto feelings Kanji and Naoto feelings), I hope there’s some cameos to show the others one year later, because I’m curious (and since Yuu/Souji left too, it would be easy to have him show up).  Maybe even something small, like her having a group picture, or something to show that the others aren’t forgotten.  

Now, originally, I thought the book was taking place in like, her last year of high school?  Now it’s saying it’s a year after P4.  Isn’t that when the fighting game takes place?  I was wondering why, in the game, the entire crew is wearing the high school uniform except her, does she not attend school with them anymore?  Is she going off to solve crimes all around the world like an ace?  I wonder if the game will have a tie in with the book, like, you beat it with her and she goes off, or something.  

I’m assuming we’re getting a slew of new characters, I wonder what they’ll be like. I don’t think this book would make it here, sadly, I mean not even the manga is here in the U.S.  I’m such a dork though I still feel like I want to have it in my collection next to the other Shin Megami things  ^^  I hope she’s still the same person I fell in love with, I mean with the investigating and deducing and analyzing and all that along with being a bit socially awkward.  Though I’m proud of her for accepting herself, at least from the looks of the cover she has with her hair flowing and the bindings appear to be gone.  This makes me wonder… did she just cut her hair for years and finally just stopped?

I’m a little sad that she doesn’t have her hat, but still. She looks so cool! I hope (although sort of doubt) that this light novel will be translated and sent to the US.

If this is genuine artwork, Naoto aged a *lot* in one year. Very pleased about the bike, though. And she kept the ties \o/

Oh my fucking… shit Naoto, you just… wow.  It looks like the chest bindings are gone too, so I suppose she’s accepted herself as a woman and realized that women are, indeed, bad ass.  Look at her!  She’s turned into a bad ass, motorcycle riding cop.  Be still my heart!  And look at all that hair!  And the tie!  Just… please Naoto, go back to Inaba at the end of your novel to present yourself to Kanji (or keep in touch with him throughout the novel).  Please, someone animate this into an OVA just so I can see her riding after some criminals to some epic music.  

I’d be more surprised about how much she’s changed in one year but hey, this is video gaming, and I still remember reading Yu Yu Hakusho and seeing Kurama change from this short haired kid who was Hiei’s height to this tall, elegant, long haired thing of beauty in a year.

Yep, here are the screenshots. 

From a satellite dish to an astronomical telescope, well at least it was slightly weird looking to being with, so it’s logical to see it turning out to be more weird-looking.

You know, when I watched the anime I remembered thinking, “Wow!  Rise does so much more in the anime than in the game!”  Because she was giving Yuu tips on how to fight enemies re: Shadow Naoto and even was a part of the “final” battle.  It’s like the Vita game saw that and said, “Let’s take it up a notch.”  It’s nice to see the “scanner” character get a bigger role, especially since I like Rise  :)  Oh, and her final persona looks really neat, too. 

I suppose this works for Shin Megami Tensei in general, but this was inspired by Persona in particular.  This also works for people into tarot as a whole  :)  This is the first of what will probably be many wineglasses since I also want to do something for The Magician, Judgment, and some other ones (I really want to do Fortune but I don’t know if I can ^^;;;)  

The wineglass represents The Fool.  It is hand painted then there’s a protective gel on it that makes it safe for use.  It can also be washed.  This glass in particular is available for purchase right now so if you’re interested, feel free to let me know  :)

I think I may have figured out how to make Persona 4 arcana wine glasses  O.O  Making things ahead of time for cons = fun  :)

Truthfully, I know I will probably not be THIS good at the game.  I mean I do remember being able to string together some combos in Guilty Gear back in the day, but we’ll see?  I still want this game like burning!

Persona 4: The Golden is coming to the U.S.  Granted, we already KNEW it would, but now it at least has a time slate of Fall  :)

Hey, Persona 4 fans!  I write for a website called “The Fandom Post” for a segment called, “Is it Worth the Hype.”  It’s been a while since I’ve written for it, but as I jump back into it I decided to tackle Persona 4: the game, the anime, and everything  :)

Guh.  Just… it’s just so magnificent (and reminds me of Juri from Revolutionary Girl Utena, who is also bad ass).  Just give me a U.S. release date already, Atlus, and then take my money.  

And here I thought the last Persona 4 fic I liked that I wrote was “Push Me,” which I posted yesterday, I found this one deep within the pits of my computer.  It’s a Yosuke x Naoto fic, of all things  O.O  No warnings, really, just… those two talking about… oh, you know, things… 

I did snaz it up a little since it was such a quick write up when I wrote it for the badbadbathhouse a while ago.
